Q. Why is the response time slow?

A. Our response time may be affected by time zone differences, weekends, or holidays in Korea. Additionally, our customer service team may be handling multiple inquiries. Please allow some time for a response.

Q. Can I book an appointment for a group if visiting with friends or family?

A. Each patient must book an appointment individually and submit their own information (one form per person). However, group consultations with the doctor can be arranged.

Q. What documents do I need to bring?

A. You must bring your physical passport to qualify for an on-site tax refund.

Q. What happens if I am late for my appointment?

A. To minimize wait times, please arrive on time. Late arrivals may experience delays as we accommodate other scheduled patients.

LAMICHE LOCATION

Q. Does LAMICHE have a location in the USA?

A. No, LAMICHE has a sales office in the United States, but our Laser Treatment Center is located in Seoul, Korea. To receive laser treatment, you must visit our Seoul location.

Q. How do I get to the LAMICHE building from Incheon Airport (ICN)?

A. Follow these steps to reach LAMICHE:

(1) Find the Airport Bus ticket booth at Incheon Airport.

(2) Purchase a ticket for Bus #6006 (Airport to Jamsilsaenae).

(3) Go to the bus stop in airport:
Terminal 1: 1F, Section #4
Terminal 2: B1, Section #11-16

(4) Get off at Jamsilsaenae Station.

(5) Walk west bound for 8 mins toward to Olympic Tower building (look for a CU convenience store on the 1st floor).

(6) Turn left, walk one more block, and you’ll see the LAMICHE building.

(7) Take the elevator to the 7th floor for the information desk.

Q. Is the doctor consultation free?

A. Yes, the consultation is free with a laser treatment. Otherwise, a consultation fee of KRW 33,000 applies.

Q. Can I get an online consultation via text, photo, or video?

A. No, we do not offer online skin consultations. Every skin type is unique, and remote assessments may be inaccurate. The doctor must examine your skin in person to provide the best solution.

Q. Can I check laser procedure prices before visiting LAMICHE?

A. Yes, we have standard pricing, but it may change due to periodic promotions. Multi-laser treatments qualify for additional discounts and services. Check pricing and promotions.

Q. Can I get a laser treatment before or after plastic surgery?

Q. Can I have a consultation and laser treatment on the same day?

A. Yes, you can receive laser treatment immediately after your consultation and payment on the same day.

Q. How long does the entire treatment process take?

A. From consultation to treatment, it typically takes 4–5 hours. However, the duration may vary depending on the procedure and on-site conditions.

Q. What is the process at LAMICHE?

A. The following process will generally be followed.

(1) Book an appointment before your visit.

(2) Check-in at the information desk upon arrival.

(3) Deep Facial Diagnostic Analysis.

(4) Doctor’s consultation.

(5) Confirm treatment & complete payment with LAMICHE coordinators.

(6) Process tax refund (if applicable).

(7) Begin laser treatment.

(8) Expect the total process appox. 3-4 hours.

Q. What should I expect after the treatment? How long is the recovery?

A. Recovery time depends on your skin type and the treatment received. You may experience redness, scabbing, swelling, or minor bleeding. The average recovery period is about 3 weeks, during which symptoms will gradually subside for optimal results.
